Thanks for this one Alex. I KNOW I need to work on the mobility side of my golf swing. I’m pretty in tune with the positions I need to hit during the swing but find that I’m pretty inflexible in some areas and it leads to a pretty flat swing plan, shoulder plane, and some early extension, especially as I seem to tighten up later in rounds. In short, I need to work on maintaining my posture. Limbering up and increasing my range of motion in most areas should lead to better rotation and posture. Going to try doing these straight away in the morning as you suggest.

this is GREAT...I agree the stretching can help - especially as we get older and less limber. Could you possibly do a video on obtaining consistent proper sequencing or firing of ones hips, shoulders, arms and weight shift during the swing? Are their exercises or practice techniques that will help?

Thanks for this video, its very detailed?????? Having got involved in the stock market and made little profits, i still greatly believe in bitcoin trading mostly as the market is very bullish at this point in time. I strongly advice us to get involved in DAY TRADING properly guided by a pro traded with a working strategy/daily signals. For me it's been very successful because i was being guided by a pro trader called Mr Richard whose strategy/daily signals has proven to be so accurate and well analysed. Trading and growing my portfolio from 0.9btc to 5.8btc within 4 weeks is so awesome and credible. Don't you think this is the right time to grow the little we hold ahead of more bullishness ? Mr Richard can be reach via Insta @richard_brucefx* for inquiries into profitable trading systems.

How is it possible for coaching golf to be able to get a golfer to move correctly to hit a good golf shot when half the the golfers strudel to bend over and pick up something they have dropped on the floor. Its crazy. Keep up the good work now more interesting in watching your channel.

For thirty years I’ve had a five foot balsa wood stick twice as thick as a broom stick. I’ve used it just as you described. Yes the stretch of the shoulders is very effective. I shellacked the balsa wood stick to avoid splinters. When I was a kid I played stick ball in the school yard with a balsa wood bat. It’s also important to understand that the shoulders move also independently. With lungs fully inflated the right shoulder goes back just so far. Let out some air and the right shoulder goes back another few inches.

I make my own protein snack bar from milk, honey, crunchy peanut butter, dry porridge oats and chocolate flavour protein powder - you can add more crushed peanuts and chopped dried apricots if you like these. This is a cold mix and then chill overnight in the fridge then cut into bars. Find recipes online for quantities and these cost you a few pence each rather than pounds for shop bought items. I notice a real difference to my energy levels at the end of a round when I nibble on these from half-way.

Why are you recommending meat for energy when you need whole food carbs to give you the needed energy without the spike that refined carbs give you? Protein and fat (meat) is not an efficient way to provide energy.

Unless fat and meat are the only things that you eat. Our bodies can burn sugar (carbs) or fat. If you choose carbs you need to be extremely energetic to burn it all off so it doesn't store as fat.

PLEASE prepare set up. Surely you can get rid of background noise / people walking across background in videos. etc. Looks really amateurish. Spoils decent content.

I really wouldn't be keen on any exercise which, "opens up the chest cavity" but, fortunately, that's not what Nat meant 😅

Noisy venue, speaking too quickly, poor diction = hard to follow, annoying video.
