I’m nearly 27 and still live at my parents house, I don’t have my dream job, dream body and I didn’t visit all the amazing places and I do wish I moved out when I was 20,21 years old but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I do compare myself to others who already got these things and they seem happier but are they really happy? People on social media only show their “good” side of life but no one is perfect. I relate so much with you because I don't own anything as of yet being 24 years old and I'm still not sure what is life about for me. I guess the secret is, like you said, to accept and embrace wherever we are. I know pretty well that it isn't as simple as this but I guess that it in fact is, and when we finaly realize that, we'll be our true selves. I hope you're doing good wherever you are. Know that what your are doing, this sense of peace amid chaos that you are able to bring onto your videos, are simply priceless. I love your honesty and the person you are. I'm really glad I found your channel at this moment when I feel like I needed a friend, an honest one. And you are being that friend. Thank so much. Wish you a brilliant and wonderful 2022. But most of all, I wish that you can always find place for personal growth inside of you and that you always keep this shining soul that you've got.
I recently deactivated Facebook to see how I feel! So far I don’t miss it! You’re right there’s no deadline. And 25?! You’re way younger than me Bren LOL 😂 I could feel behind… but I rather go at my own pace too instead of trying to impress people. Take care!
@@Brenschannel I know some people quit but realize they need it for work/business/as an influencer so they go back lol. do you find you get tempted sometimes to go back to Facebook or other social media?
@@Danielle-Mah Not at all. Social media really messed up my relationships and kept me from living life. It was so bad for me. I don't miss it. I think I would only consider it for work if I ever decide to take UA-cam more seriously
