I know this sounds random, but how is your voice so crystal clear and I don’t see a mic ANYWHERE?? I’m planning on starting my own UA-cam channel and have always been curious about this.

The idea of meal prepping and including fall foods and/or ingredients is very appealing!

I think journaling/scrapbooking is also a great way to spend your down time. For me, I enjoy reading, watching movies/shows, and playing games. But tbh sometimes even those are too much for my brain 😅 I think in those cases sleep would be good to just rest your mind.

I love this video! Sometimes I feel bad that I can only commit to taking care of myself and my low energy hobbies, but this video made me feel so validated! Working is hard, and it's so important to prioritize relaxation/rest! I love taking care of my plants - I have low maintenance plants that only need to be watered about once per week and occasionally soil/pot change/cleaning. I also love Palia (on the Nintendo Switch) and Sims 4, but I can't play either for just 1 hour lol !!! I love that my hobbies get me out of my analytical brain and the time just passes. Usually I'm way too aware of every minute passing because I have to be so efficient with my time, so this has really been good for me!

My main hobbies are reading and collecting. I now collect books, K-pop albums, and photocards, Funko pops, and enamel pins. The photocard collecting hobby requires the most effort of them all, but there is something very calming about cataloging and sleeving the new additions to my collection before storing and displaying them.
