[Azur Lane] Useful Ships in the Shops

Went through and picked out some ships that I find useful and you don't have to rely on the gacha to get them. If there's someone you use/used that I skipped let me know so others can see the merits of said ship.

If you don't have Shimakaze, Kawakaze is a good choice for a torpedo fleet. One of her skills will make her torpedo damage be unaffected by armor type also changes her ammo mod to 115% with a max skill level. I still use her for PvP with a gear set just like Shimakaze.

Do I only get one copy of Duke Of York in war archive? What if I do a second 60 runs to get dupes of her? Or use gold duplins?

I'm unsure if the guaranteed ship after 60 runs resets, but she will always be available as a drop on D3 of winters crown.
Other than that you'll have to use bullins to limit break her, or get copies of her in the merit shop but bullins are cheaper in that shop then actual copies.
