Well, ALL this and MORE in this addition to my "shop up" series.

Hi there, thanks for watching! Were there any of YOUR favourites in the video? If not, what drug store skincare are you into? 👨🏻🙌🏻🧴
It’s like magic ! Go easy with it Craig a little at first then build it up over time. Can be drying so need your usual moisturiser over it 🙂
@@sandraannlongfield6046 Wahoo! Ok, noted, thank you. After my tretinoin prescription that made my skin peel off, everything is tolerated, ha.
I appreciate companies making more fragrance free products. I don't want to go around with a bunch of strong, possibly clashing fragrances. If I really want to smell like something, I'd go out and buy exactly what I want.
Agreed…and they can be something we’re sensitive to.
Thanks for watching. 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
Another awesome video! Yes, please, to The Ordinary and home hair colour videos 😊 Mr. C, you rock!
Thank you! Ok, noted on both….I already have the colour to test, The Ordinary might be tricky as no one is seeing this weeks skincare shop up. The algorithm doesn’t like you mixing up content, gee. Thanks for watching. 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
Thanks Craig 🙂🖐 I use L.Oreal Revitalift and No7 Retinol concentrate at night.Really works on fine lines and firms and brightens.
You’re most welcome, thanks for watching. Ooo, I think I might have to buy some of the No7 Retinol serum! 👨🏻🙌🏻🧴
I mostly use Korean skin care brands but I do also love CeraVe and the Ordinary. I’m tempted to try out the La Roche Posay toleraine fluid.
Love me some K beauty…and Cerave/The Ordinary. It’s a good’un, such a lovely texture. Thanks for watching 👨🏻🙌🏻🧴
Loved this, yes to the Ordinary video!!! I'm very keen on a video on hair colours that don't throw any warmth, I'm constantly battling this issue and would adore your excellent advice 😊😊😊
Thank you, really pleased you enjoyed it! Had a few requests for The Ordinary, so it’s on the list.
There are loads of videos here on my channel with formulas that give cool results.
👨🏻🙏🏻✨
Thanks Craig, I'll do a search 👌👌👌@@theworldofcraig
Thank you so much for taking the time to review these items! I often am clueless when it comes to what to purchase as far as beauty and skin go!
You’re welcome, glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching. 👨🏻🧴✨
I love your shop up videos as a Brit living abroad who desperately misses our wonderful drugstores. I came here to say you can use La Roche Posay Cicaplast for tretinoin buffering, as well as treating the dreaded retinol burns. It’s a thick cream with a gold standard formulation that envelops the skin and helps it regenerate.
On a different note, just how loud has Boots music become? It’s almost harassing.
Thank you! They are a lot of fun to produce…despite that hideously loud MUSAC, ha.
I have used that previously but thanks for the tip off…don’t think Tret is for me…until the next time, ha. Thanks for watching 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
hi Craig!
super curious to try pimple patches on mosquito bites now 😂
love cerave, la roche posay and eucerin the most. lrp and eucerin sunscreens are my favourites too. those uv mune 400 ones are lovely. have the mattifying one right now, in the pump bottle, and it’s wonderful on my oilier skin.
aveeno recently launched where i live so i’m excited to give them a try!
you’re right about looking for lip balms that are unscented and unflavoured. often those ingredients can be drying and irritating for the lips. i don’t like the texture of those vaseline lip balms in the tins so i prefer the eucerin intensive lip balm and the avene cicalfate one, both in squeeze tubes, instead. also unscented and unflavoured ☺️
love that you create content based on not only personal experience but current and relevant science ☺️
Hi there!
They really do take the sting out of bites, especially if you react to them like I do.
Agreed all really great brands with fab formulations.
Thanks for sharing your insight and for watching. Your support is wonderful.
👨🏻🧴✅
Thanks, Craig, I absolutely love skincare ❤
You’re most welcome, I’m glad I made it then! Thanks for watching. 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
Also would love a video on The Ordinary. They’ve been killing it with the recent releases! Personally I’m interested to try the pink barrier serum.
Ok noted, I’ve had a few requests.
No one saw this skincare video - digital/social algorithms don’t really care for us creators mixing up topics of content, they actively encourage us to make the same thing over and over…I’m never going to do that!
So it’s frustrating when I put around 8 hours into a “shop up” video and no one sees it.
That said, I’m sure The Ordinary will get a video at some point, the barrier serum is supposed to be GREAT!
@@theworldofcraig I totally understand that! Seems algorithm hid the video. Maybe it will have a revenge in the future! :D Love love love the shop ups.
Great tips on this video. Thanks for sharing this, Greg!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching! 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
❤ thanks so much! I’m definitely trying the cetaphil cleanser, that will be a huge save 💰. Would love to see you review the ordinary - I have my eye on their vitamin C suspension .
You are a breath of fresh air 😊xx
You’re most welcome, you’ve just totally made my day, thank you…so kind.
You’ll love the cleanser - I prefer it to the expensive one I used to use and it takes of all makeup. Okay, I’ve added it to the list…I’ve used practically all of it! Ha. 👨🏻🧴✨
@@theworldofcraig ☺️🙏🏼
I'm afraid I still use facewipes, but only when I'm travelling as then I don't have to take facecloths with me or worry about things leaking. I travel alone a lot and it's hard to fit all the liquids you need into the little bag if you're not sharing. I only ever use the J&J sensitive wipes though as the others always feel awful. Thanks for the video! I've been looking into new products in the last year as I'm now at the age where you stand in front of the mirror pulling your face back! So this is super useful. 🙂
Well, if they work for you that’s great…no judgement here in TWOC!
You’re most welcome, thanks for watching - it was fun to film, I love skincare but alas the algorithm didn’t know what to do with a beauty focused video on my channel.
And I’m with you on that… *Pull’s face back* 👨🏼🙌🏻✨
Thanks for another interesting video Craig. I mainly use the ordinary, geek and gorgeous and byoma.
You’re very welcome, thank you so much for watching. Oh, we have lots in common then! 👨🏻🧴✨
This is a great video! I’m so glad you made it. I never thought about flavor/fragrance in lip balms and how that can potentially dry out your lips.
Thank you, that’s very kind…and thanks for watching. Yes, as delicious as they are the fragrance (even natural oils) can be very drying/sensitising. 👨🏻🙌🏻🧴
That was such a useful video, thank you 🙂
Thank you, so glad it was helpful, thanks for watching! 👨🏻🧴❤️
I'll be trying the cerephill cleanser, thank you craig❤
It’s a good’un for sure…literally just washed of all my SPF with it and my brow products, so effective, yet gentle. Thanks for watching. 👨🏻🧴✨
Great video 😊
Thank you 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
I would love it if you could test out and review hair colours. I’m also interested in the Ordinary but I haven’t tried anything yet as I have extremely sensitive and persnickety skin..allergic to fragrance, alcohol and many other things with a tendency for eczema and perioral dermatitis! I have a feeling actives are not for me, my whole routine is based on keeping my skin calm so anything that helps with that is a winner! 😊
Ok, noted…I already have one box to test, so I think it’s going to happen!
The Ordinary is all fragrance free but yes, I totally agree with your thoughts.
Thanks for watching 👨🏻🧴✨
Love that Cerave moisturizer. I live in South Africa so we only recently started getting a few of their products here.
It’s a good’un for sure. Thanks for watching.
Aveeno has a formula with a pain killer in it that helps so much! Calm and Restore, I think.
Ooo, I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t have that here in the UK…but thanks for letting me know.
Yes we have!! Boots and superdrug for sure.
@amberatartimec2564 Thanks, I’ll check it out. And thanks for watching. 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
What kind of pain killer?
I forget the name of it. It saved me and I learned my lesson about over use of irritating my skin.
A couple of brands are hard to get in the Netherlands but I have a friend in the UK who can bring them with her when she visits. So I am quite interested. Using the patches for mosquito bites is something I am going to try. I also have quite a reaction to them, big swelling, burning sensation, the mother of all itches and after a week it looks as if I am bruised. So every remedy is worth a look at.
Ceravé I know from the body cream I use to treat my goosbumpy skin (scrub, peel, moisturise till I drop), and it is really nice. I sometimes think I will turn into a lizard if I don't keep up that routine.
I recently discovered Ziaja, a Polish brand that is extremely buget friendly. I loooove their "Jeju white body mousse" and their "Acai berry" line.
They also have a "med" line that amongst others has products for people with atopic dermatitis (haven't tried it).
Thanks for watching…we all need a friend like that!
I react to mosi bites in a similar way, the patches really help.
Ooo, not heard of that brand, I’ll check them out, thanks for sharing. 👨🏻🙏🏻✨
L'Oreal owns the world!!!😂
A HUGE part of it! Thanks for watching. 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
This video is on another radar on UA-cam, it was hard to find. Strange!
I recently saw No7 in Swedish pharmacies! I also have Vaseline at my bedside haha. I have to use 2 mouth guards at night because of teeth grinding so my lips get crazy dry and gross through the night. And Vaseline is the only thing that keeps my lips nice until morning. Sometimes it’s still there too 🤯
Hi…”On another radar”, does that mean it was hard to find? That’s frustrating…but I’m glad you did see it.
I’m a mouth breather when I sleep, so I get ya! Vaseline is the BEST.
Thanks for watching. 👨🏻🧴✨
Thank you very much for this useful information.Just a request - please modulate the audio so it's not so shocking, ex: when at the end you went from store to home and started to speak at home, there was a sudden volume increase. Made me drop my tablet. Nevertheless, excellent content 👌
You’re very welcome, thanks for watching and for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the content.
Yes, I know the audio is tricky - UA-cam is not my full time profession, I see clients 5 days a week. With my set up and editing equipment as is that’s as “modulated” as it’s going to be currently.
As that is the editing style of just some of the videos, I would suggest perhaps looking out for it next time.
Could you do what you think is the most outstanding makeup line or brand from the drugstore.
That’s a great idea, thank you…and thanks for watching. 👨🏻🙏🏻🧴
@@theworldofcraig you are very welcome, l love your videos, very informative, interesting and fun.
@@PodieM18Awww, thank you, that’s very kind. Really appreciate your support. 👨🏻🙏🏻✨
Please drug store is An Americanism you tubers are to blame what's wrong with the chemist?
It sure is, and my videos stats show more of my subscribers are in the US…but then I’m a Londoner, so I always mention in the videos “drug store/chemist”.
Us UA-camrs and content creators aren’t up for “blame” when it comes to who watches our videos and how the world chooses terminology everyone can understand.
Thanks for watching.
Toleraine is a fantastic line from La Roche Posey. / I like Cetaphil products much more than Ceraeve , everything I've tried from Ceraeve irritates my skin....
It is great hey?! I was surprised by how good it was at calming my skin. And the Cetaphil cleanser is a repurchase, love it.
