I feel like Michael's involvement in this project influenced his futuristic concepts for "Scream" (1995) and his video opener for the "HIStory World Tour" (1996-1997).
I think he influenced this game. He is wearing his jetpack spacesuit from the Dangerous World Tour

I actually got to play this at Segaworld London in 1996, before they removed the MJ footage and references. At 6:57 I was chosen to be the one who landed the shuttle (highest scoring player?) but had no idea how to keep it steady, so bad ending.

It's too bad they couldn't include the "game" ui within the video output. I know they're two separate entities, but I thought it would be nice to see some sort of simulated interactivity so it doesn't look as weird.
It plays more like a Sega CD game or a Laserdisc game.

So i think i have played the non michal jackson version of this game at the epcot center in the 90s
It played like a 4 player QTE style in a cockpit like one of those stimulation rollercoaster rides but interactive
Instead of jackson it had a generic movie trailer style voice actor but rather than seeing the cockpit scenes you got like a computer interface style screen
Also at the end it had a trailer for a similar game that was only avalable in las Vegas if memory serves me right

This is a great find but a reminder that acting was never Michael’s strongest talent XD
He was a great actor. Have you ever watched his film short to ‘Bad’? It’s about 18 minutes long & he was brilliant in it.
