All the buyers who was invested with ounty you can ask them the capital investment and now the price demand of sellers. Ivory county all the units are sold out . Resale available buyers who invested in 2024 bsp 14k to 16k they get high appreciation around (6000k appreciation in 2028)

Also it's without RERA ☠️ and it's there first project in NCR, don't know how would they manage it. Might fail as Godrej 🔐 failed 👎to deliver after the same hype. Traffic 😤 problem is known to everyone.
Both the red line and blue line are present in this area , The upcoming pink line was also proposed in ghaziabad. Not to forget about ghaziabad rrts station. Upcoming AIIMS delhi satellite centre is also proposed in this area.
Bro, Prestige City in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad is situated near a Metro Line (recently approved) which will go up to Jewar International Airport as its last station. And again for your kind info, Ghaziabad and Noida has much better traffic condition than Gurgaon.

Wahi Gurugram ke 1 guruji hai jo bolte hai Noida me unlimited supply because Dadri YEIDA ke paas bahut land Bank hai, Gurgaon me supply nahi hai, Gurgaon is diamond and Noida is Silver 😂(I highly disagree though). According to me Gurgaon me bhi Manesar Dharuheda, Rewari tak Land hai and South me Sohna tak. Agar aap Bina naam liye thoda is question ko address kar denge toh I will highly appreciate your efforts, thanks 🙂

And Godrej will also launch at least at 13 14 k I guess there... More over Developer has to sell his 600 apartments so they must have done their maths and Calculations before setting this price at that location.... What do u say on this ?
