According to me Gurgaon me bhi Manesar Dharuheda, Rewari tak Land hai and South me Sohna tak. All the buyers who was invested with ounty you can ask them the capital investment and now the price demand of sellers. Ivory county all the units are sold out . Bro, Prestige City in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad is situated near a Metro Line (recently approved) which will go up to Jewar International Airport as its last station. And again for your kind info, Ghaziabad and Noida has much better traffic condition than Gurgaon.

More over Developer has to sell his 600 apartments so they must have done their maths and Calculations before setting this price at that location.... What do u say on this ? Prestige city is good for ppl who are working in delhi but coudnt afford to live in a proper condo in delhi so were forced to live in noida.
