Correctly mentioned about smell. a few other issues is traffic bottlenecks. no entry and exit on expressway for people from east delhi. NH24 pe you get traffucked. its pathetic and will be worse coz of noida extension. Also you buy a 2cr 3bhk and will see rahul vihar ka slum and koode ka pahad all the time if you travel towards delhi. Electric transmission jst beside the project. thats the location of slum areas bhai. always remember- ek achi location pe ek mediocre project is still good. ek buri location pe ek acha project has no value. prestige project to acha bna dega but location ka kya krogey.

even signature global is building a luxury project in sector 37D nearby a drain in gurgaon if u have an idea of real estate. investors regret buying as there are getting premium of 0rs.. haha. if u dnt trust me go and do ur R&D. All the builders are here for profit. they bought land in cheap prices and they will sell flats to you coz they have sales team, advertising team, r&d team. will you be able to sell on premium?

I think people who are suffering from asthma or sensitive to air pollution and odour should avoid this project
8 to 10 k square feet is fine ,12 k is too high

The Hindon river is smelly some time river smell can lose your pease because the project is just near by of the river
