- The motorcycle pictured here is a 2014 which is the same procedure for 2011-2017 and similar for all GSXR 750's. Removing the spark plugs is supposed to be done at 15000 mile intervals and the bike is at 14650 and is the start of the riding season. No better time to make sure your bike is full prepared for the season.

How about a low beam and high beam light bulb change.
Chain slack adjustment.
I've done these but I'd like to see your input on the subject matter. Thanks sir.
They have been added to the list. Thank you very much for the response.
How would I fix a threaded problem I tried to change my spark plugs on my jigster 2007 and yeah the threads got stuck in the cylinder only the thread not the whole spark plug how would I fix that.
The threads to the spark plug? I would call or comment on an engine builders page. The only ways I know how to remove it would be destructive.
Hi. I have removed all the spark plug pipe ate the same time, and now and dont know de order of them, can you help me please? They are some letters and numbers like "A1" , "B1" , "A2" etc...
It honestly doesn't matter where you out them. They should all work properly in all cylinders
Same process for a 2000 750?
It's a similar process but I can't speak to what's different.
3:37 - how do you get these bolts out, some of them are deep, did you use use a long hex socket?
Bolts are an allen correct? Allen wrench used long ways with a socket and extension on the short side.
@@motomigos ah, got you. I've already gone and ordered a set of extra long allen-ended sockets, which should work equally well. How much torque did you use when reassembling? Manual says 43 Nm, which seems a lot.
@@ac0ncernedcitizen apologize for not having it in the video. Been a while since I've done this. What size bolts are they? 43nm doesn't sound too aggressive I believe they are m8 bolts?
@@motomigos no worries, thanks for the video. Changed my plugs yesterday thanks to your video. For anyone else doing this, the funnel bolts are DEFINITELY not 43 Nm, they can be loosened quite easily so I would recommend just tightening them back snug. They're 5mm allen bolts, holding down a plastic part and common sense dictates 43Nm is too high, so I think the manual is wrong on this. For reference, my frame sliders are torqued to 40 Nm, and those are big bolts.
Seems like a lot to change spark plugs
It is and the plugs are expensive but it's a standard service at certain intervals.
