👉🏼The Meatballs that my sister Cynthia makes👈🏼

*Ingredients:*
500 g of minced meat
1 large egg
Onion powder (quantity necessary)
Garlic powder (amount required)
Salt and pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs (1 or 2 large tablespoons)
Grated parmesan cheese (2 large tablespoons)
Oil for frying
Tomato puree
*Preparation:*
Mix all the ingredients until you get a compact mixture.
Form the medium-sized meatballs, wetting your hands first to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Heat the oil and seal the meatballs over medium heat.
Pour the tomato puree and water until the meatballs are half covered.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat and adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.
Stir occasionally and check that you do not run out of sauce.
After 20 minutes of cooking, you can enjoy these delicious meatballs.
