Hey everyone! I've just uploaded another 5-minute jump rope workout, and this time we're focusing on the Front Straddle Footwork. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a new challenge, this workout is perfect for you! 💪
Workout Details:
⏱️ 5 Rounds: 40 seconds jumping, 20 seconds rest
👟 Focus: Front Straddle Footwork with different variations each round
🔥 Challenge: Each round introduces a new variation of the Front Straddle to make it more challenging if you're up for an extra test!

I think these 5 min routines are great. Instead of just practicing moves without a timer, I can push my cardio endurance a little further. I've been throwing in some 6 min ones too, and sometimes 2 times a day, and hope to build up. About to see if I can do the 5-min of these variations right now, thanks!

How many times a week do you train with weights? Do you always jump rope even after the gym?
I jump rope pretty much most days. But I lift weights 3/4 x times a week! Do my best to balance them both out 😅
