It's a real shame just one bad actor can cause such harm to a small business, they probably target new websites like yours that might not have their protocols sorted out. I will definitely be on high alert for this if I ever decide to start my own website. Thanks for sharing! I hope it works out for you.

Hey! As a tip, if you purchased the label and its under your name and account you should immediately intercept the package and have it returned to you. Hope this helps in the future
Yeah if ever find myself in this situation again that will be my first course of action. Unfortunately the packages weren’t “eligible” and by the time I connected with Customer Service it was too late.
Seems like a genuine guy..... good things happen to bad people that's how the world is but do not lose hope...things will eventually get better. I'm from Canada and would love to partner with you and see if we capture both the markets for Japanese and English cards from DBZ to Pokémon to Yughio to One piece and maybe some DC cards.

Sorry to hear my guy, these people know what they're doing and the credit card companies let them get away with it. They usually require evidence the buyer has reached out to the seller but some companies just do a straight refund with no evidence significant enough to overturn the decision.
I’ve had this happen to my business as well, luckily I was able to sus it out pretty quickly but the individual kept buying the same item with different addresses and names. I sell 1000’s of skus so when the same one kept coming up it became obvious. It sucks losing all the cc fees for having to refund (my store is large ticket items so it adds up fast) but better than losing the products. One thing that helped tremendously is being able to line up the IP address location of the order with the delivery address. If it didn’t match or come close it was a huge red flag.
@@danieltehee i’m sorry to hear, but glad you found a way to combat it! I’m not too experienced with IP’s but I am looking into it because I wanted to ban his address. I like your method of using it to screen legitimacy as well!
It's a shame but you really need to Police feedback ratings. They used two stolen credit cards and the chargeback would hit soon as they get a tracking number and its live.
I also run a small bussiness operation. Oh well from i can trll it happens to anyone. Is not if, is when. I also down here in south FL. I live near Doral.

Thank you and yeah they refunded him immediately so I’m not hopeful but regardless lesson learned, knowledge gained, experience shared.
