Brand new Seagate IronWolf Pro 20tb fresh out of the box will not spin up. Hooked to 1 server and 2 stand-alone PC’s as main drive and secondary…nothing. Tech support wants screen shots and even a video so they can troubleshoot. I have 30 years as a county IT Director…trust me, I know when a disk is DOA. Yet they kept me doing this and that for over an hour until I gave up. If you buy their junk, be ready for the big “Warranty Stall”.
