In Episode #27 of my 50 at 60 journey, I start the day with a peaceful morning at the Cloran Mansion Bed and Breakfast, journaling about the trip so far. I then head out to explore the beautiful Horseshoe Bend Preserve, wandering the paths surrounded by wildflowers. The adventure continues as I ride an alpine coaster at the Chestnut Mountain ski area-a thrill I've always wanted to experience! After visiting a few more parks and scenic locations, I end the day photographing the breathtaking light over the charming town of Galena.
