Everyone who collects vintage Pyrex is cringing at you putting it into the microwave.

You should not put that bowl in the microwave. The decoration on the outside has metal. This recipe looks yummy.

Dave, I am thoroughly enjoying your videos. I’m disabled and it is difficult for me to do much cooking. Watching your videos is encouraging me to try to cook more. When I comment on something or give you kitchen hints, I’m just trying to pass on what experience has taught me over the years. Have you ever tried Better Than Bouillon? You can make your own stock and it comes in many flavors. If gives you a flavor profile that you can control. Although it is somewhat expensive, you get 38 servings from an 8 ounce jar. Just thought you might like experimenting with it.
I don’t know what type of garlic press a viewer sent you, but a lot of them have a piece that cleans the garlic remnants from the press. It is never a good idea to put metal kitchen gadgets into the dishwasher, as the chemicals in the soap not only will discolor the metal, but can do permanent damage to the item. It is easy throw it into a bowl with some warm/hot water and a little dish soap and let it soak. It will practically clean itself.

Btw- Chicken thighs and legs need to be at 175f. The white meat is 165f
I mean 165 isn’t going to kill you but the dark meat can take longer heating and remain juicy

Lonnie at Garage Flips has a bunch of Italian cook books that he picked up. You should do a recipe out of that.

Dave, the way you you hit the garlic to get the skins off...do that again to the the naked garlic cloves to SMASH the garlic. Then chop that. Makes for minced garlic, not chopped. You really have improved since your first several recipes. I reaaaaally thank the person that sent the wooden spoon!!! Lol.
