RPG Robotic Spray and Transfer System for Car Light

RPG car light robotic spray system is full automatic setup with following devices:
One set explosion proof painting robot with turntable system dedicated for car light
One set yaskawa transfer robot
One set multi-layer drying chamber with sensor control
Product is manually loaded on painting robot turntable holder then transfer to spraying station. Once done, a transfer robot will take out and put it to a smart drying chamber which is totally central programming and sensor control. This process will repeat till we give stop signal.
Pick and transfer device can be a robot arm or our specific transfer machine depends the space and transer requirement.
