I started using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum which has rosemary as my hair was rapidly falling out as a result of stress and similar reasons. I had been simply looking for anything at all to try, and this turned out to be advised, therefore I went for it. Inside a few days, I myself saw considerably less hair loss when I comb my hair. I also noticed where I began getting patches of loss, there was new growth. Tips for maximum volume with minimal hair damage (works well with naturally straight to wavy hair):
1) Start with wet hair. Wait for wet hair to become 75% dry/damp.
2) Spray heat protection into it and distribute evenly.
3) While bending down forward, use a hair dryer on MEDIUM heat (use high heat if in a hurry), and work the air and your fingers through your hair - creating volume evenly throughout hair.
4)use cool air option on your roots and scalp now (this closes the hair follicles and locks in that volume).
stand back up. At this point you should have a crazy amount of volume, if you don't you either messed up or your hair texture isn't meant for this technique.
5) on medium or high heat blow dry and brush your hair in the direction you want to set it in. Use the cool air option to "set" it when you are satisfied with the direction it's in.
6) apply hair styling product (wax/pomade/putty/gel/spray) to accomplish the look you are trying to go for. (Note: if your hair style doesn't look like what you're going for, you either have the wrong cut or you didn't use the right styling products.)

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion
