Nice video! I have the older version and has been my toughest bag, lasted through one year of training for a goruck challenge and completing that challenge! Want to try out the new version and see how it stacks up! Thanks for the good info and well put together video.
Good video, I am considering getting one and this video finally gave me a better idea what it looks like all stuffed, what I like is that it can be low profile by just pulling on the side compression straps. 👍
+Anthonie Lee Yeah, that is a feature I really like about it too. I looked at it for a long time before getting one and I was really surprised at how much I could stuff in it. Thanks for the support and I'm glad I could help you out!
That's definitely a cool bag. I will be considering it for a get home bag, which I'm getting ready to assemble. Question, though; I've seen other channels doing reviews that have links to Amazon to purchase the product and that, in turn, benefits the channel. Do you have plans of doing that? I have not yet made any purchases in this manner, but this bag is one I would consider. And I would make sure that I did it through your channel. Btw, I'm subscribing after this post.

Thanks +gideonstactical I really love this pack. I'm currently trying to decide if I use it for my EDC or GHB.

Great informative video. Thanks
Good video. Thanks.
awesome review, thanks for the detail esp with the interior!
this is a great pack the addition of side pockets for a nalgen bottle would make it even better.
Which is the newer version? The one with 3 molle stripes and a small logo on the upper pouch or the one with 2 and the big one?
Camelbak has really good gear, cool review
+BlackRifle Survival Definitely! I have a few of their other products and love the quality.
What was your cookset .. was it in a bag too?
Check out Silky folding pull saws
Nice review. Been a couple of years, still like this pack?
I would. I know they updated it in the last few years but haven't picked up a new one.

Thanks for the support! I plan on setting up a store soon through Amazon. It's definitely a great bag for a ghb.
Cool. Let us know as soon as you do.
+Adam Waters Definitely, was just working on it but have to go to work so hopefully by tonight. That's if I can figure it out lol
I am thinking to buy the hawg or the motherlode but I can't decide yet.
by the way , nice review
I've never had hands on experience with the motherlode, but my hawg is one of my favorite packs.
Good video thanks
+calmanny Thanks!
Is this backpack also 500d cordura?
Looks like 1000 cordura Look like he said. eBay. Older version start in 73 something. Just like the mule.
Those holes at the top are for comm systems, not the water haha
How are the shoulder straps, are they comfortable to wear all day?
Antonio Botello I hiked with about 20-25 lbs and had no issues.
So don't put the pack down on swampy ground as water will get in the grommet hole.
Nice bag but a little too pricey for my fixed income budget.
I'll be doing some reviews on more budget friendly bags in the coming weeks.
I just got the bag today, it's awesome! Bought it from Lapolicegear.com for $45. Money very well spent.
