Use >200mm lens for taking your portrait (but not possible in studio). Shooting portraits in higher focal length will make us look better than shooting at lower focal length.
This idea may not completely eradicate your asymmetrical face issue, but i hope it might alleviate.

I agree too.. it is not Sigma’s fault though. Z Mount has not been opened up to third party yet officially. Whatever lenses we see from other manufacturers are reverse engineered lenses.
