Mate I am not sure if you planned it or not ... but .... Episode 75 for a 75 was a stroke of magic. And love this Ute. I just goes to show that you don't always need new and fancy to make a great ute to explore.
@lightsovertheshadows they must think its more legit by having two accounts commenting about how good it is, even though it has literally nothing to do with the episode.
Awesome walk through Dani is right up there, with ,Ronny, Salty , all for adventure, Patriot Games , then the rest , Anything 4x4 , I think Dani is just Cool .
This girl knows her vehicle, great stuff. Nice to see a standard engine with a few basics done, instead of the turbo and all the mod cons. Nice rig there Danie.
I am not a toyo person but I like your truck. Beautiful picture of your dog also. Really nice interview Ronnie. It is nice to see a diesel mechanic not running a turbo.
Great to finally see a video of Danie with her rig after discovering her IG account. Seems like a real knowledgeable 4WDer and down to earth person. Keep it up!
Always a treat to watch Danie. Great job on the build there little lady. I sometimes wonder which is more cost effective but I like the time, effort and learning we get from building our own. Thanks Ronny!

We need more 1HZ videos, I live in Costa Rica and we can only get the 1HZ motor which I am keen to buy a 2018 79 Dual Cab but really can't find any information on them as to what to expect. Love all the videos, thank you for everything you do!
I watch Dannie’s channel also but I love when people say they just do stuff to their 4wd just cause they want to put it on. We’re all different and it gets boring when everyone has the same stuff going on with barwork etc
I'm a subber of both channels. Ronny for his awesome 4x4 and camping advice, and Dannie because she's a Townsville local (like me). I've even had the pleasure of sighting her incredible Toyota driving around. I must admit, I even became a little envious of her Toyota from within my Z71 luxury ute! That machine will go places my Holden would only dream of....or perhaps the Holden will class it as a nightmare, who knows! Great interview, and I love the look of those bars!

Good video again Ronny 👍, always enjoy the modifies for ideas 😉 I just hope this young lady doesn’t get booked for her led headlight globes as they’re not adr compliant unless she ya washer jets installed, which I can’t see. Well in NSW anyway they’re required, maybe QLD is different
Danie Simpson fair enough ..... still got to be careful though to keep it legal I guess. All the best with it, great episode and great to see a females perspective in a very male dominated industry. Great stuff 👍👍
Hey Ronny when are ya gonna get a D21 Navara on? I'd love to see what a proper Aussie modified one looks like instead of all the clapped out work trucks and rock crawlers we have here in the states
Question: is there no option of putting the axle underneath the leaf spring instead of adding longer hangers? This would help with the clearance. Know that from other cars, is it not possible with the LandCruiser?
with spring over axle wrap gets worse(seen spring over converted jeeps make squiggly lines out of leafs) and you need to mess with your steering and probably get new flatter leaves and longer brake lines and shocks. you can get more travel out of it and height but if youre going to do all of that work you might as well put it on coilovers and a 4 link on it instead
@@DanieSimpson how did you test it? Is the coax switcher active or passive? .1bd loss is like 3% of total power, plus the additional connectors required introduce further losses. Would love to be proved wrong, as I want to do the same thing myself. Cheers

At least she’s honest about the muddies, I reckon 90 percent of the reason anyone buys muddies is cause they look ‘cool’
I have muddies because I live in Tassie.. need I say more?

This would help with the clearance.
Know that from other cars, is it not possible with the LandCruiser?
Sits far too high and becomes very unstable offroad. The ideal way is to flip the spring hangers so the pin is at the front

Good car, only thing I reckon is that tray is too long for what's on it - chop it down?
Those coax switches usually introduce so much impedance, they normally aren't worth it.
