I actually have no plumbing in exterior walls, although the pipes in the wall adjacent to the garage do have some risk to freeze since the garage is uninsulated. I keep the living space around 70F all winter so it's not an issue.
This is good content! I really like watching house videos, since renovating/building will be a thing to do in a couple of years :) Keep up the awesome videos!
I've used a few different ones. The one shown in this video is roomsketcher. When I built my house I used chief architect. For designing parts I use pro/e creo.
glad to see an update! when you are nailing close to your beautiful stained concrete do yourself a favor and prop the 2x4s up on another one laying flat that way a nail doesn't turn down by accident and chip your concrete haha ask me how I know 🤦♂😂
Nice to see your left hand far away from the business end of the nail gun as you’re attaching studs to plates. So many people just place their hand RIGHT. THERE., thus setting themselves up for an impaling incident.
Glad to see you posting another home video. Still wanting to see you finish your upstairs.👍👍👍
That's definitely next up for the interior
Awesome video as always Kordare. Interior keeps getting better and more awesome. Can't wait to see what you've got in store for the patio.
Thanks a lot!
I enjoy the home construction projects. Looking forward to the next episode
Looks great, I agree with you about the hall-way; 41 inches will be nice & wide, I hate narrow halls, they make me feel too 'closed in'.
Exactly 👍
Awesome vid brother. Looks fantastic
Thanks man!
Definitely will be nice to have guests use that restroom vs going into using yours. Keep up the awesome work!!
Agreed, thanks!
Do your plumbing pipes in the exterior wall happens to freeze? As a Quebec citizen this worries me 💙

Haha I wasn't too worried about it because most of that will be covered up eventually
Where have you been bro?
Good to see you’re back
I've been building this 😅😅
Welcome back
Glad to be back 🤘
How many acres is your lot?
About 8
it would be super cool to have a little passthrough door into the linen closet to get fresh towels in the bathroom
Interesting idea 🤔
When’s the next video coming?
Editing now, should be this weekend 🤘
@@Kordare sweet!! Can’t wait man. Looking forward to seeing the upstairs project next

Oh yeah I definitely try to be overly careful with that kind of stuff 👍
