Another great video, you look really comfortable and energetic behind the camera. This is a really well made video, all of your video's have this quality. How do you only have 10 likes? I watch cooking and food video's every day and I have seen many that are not half the quality of yours with 3k likes. That just tells me to encourage you to stick with it and keep up every bit of good work you are doing. The love and the likes will come your way someday soon. I really like the video and the content. And I am the "demographic". So keep it up, you inspire me.
Now that would be a magical time! I miss flatbread style pizzas so much and have yet to find an awesome spot locally. (Losing Pizzeria Gabbiano left such a hole in the Seattle food scene.) But an hour wait? That's pizza dedication!
Dessert Geek my favorite pizza in Seattle is Delancey or Bar Del Corso! Sorry to hear about gabbiano. Haha it was worth the wait because it was THAT GOOD
JxT1957 it depends. Neapolitan pizza moreso but there are several different types of “authentic” Italian pizza- in this video I show you three of them. Pizza al taglio, Neapolitan pizza (or pretty close), and Roman style pizza. All styles of pizza you’ll see in Italy. Neapolitan is the OG though and yes, it was traditionally just margherita or marinara
They're all authentic. You can have anything on it, but the most original and most known is the margherita with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basel and olive oil
Good vid, but why do you keep giving the kid with very little teeth the hardest part of the slice. Middle is the softest part of the pie ...almost melts in your mouth, outer crust chewy?
Disraeli Tournear thanks so much! Haha we give him all parts of the pizza- he loves it! Looks like we only caught parts with him eating the crust on camera 🙈
Every time an american Say tomato and cheese an italian pizzaiolo dies. It's MOZZARELLA not cheese! Mozzarella! You have ti name It properly and to respect the difference
Explosion of flavor! Looove these videos! George is a star!
I would just like to request, 1. More Georgie and 2. Bloopers!
Thanks so much Alison!
Oh my word. I want pizza so bad right now! Great review Brooke!
Thanks so much Nicole- you would have LOVED this pizza!!

I’m going next fall. I’m gonna try this place out!
At the First one you said Pizzarium but at 0:41 there was a shield of „Bonci“. I guess the cutter slept?
You can give the pizzeria details in description as well!!
Scissors to cut pizza. Brilliant!!!!

Maybe the best pizzas you tried in Rome, but certainly subjective and many would not agree with a single one of these.

Great pizza. Count how many times she says "like".
Isn't these amateur pizza places compared to american new York pizzas?
So after 10 minutes, all Italian pizza has no meat and...
...every single pizza is "really, really good"🤔
It all I ate when I was there 😂😂
Can you please give us the adress
Pizza Al taglio is more like a bread. Focaccia style. This was my 10.00 'clock break when I was growing up
