Hi In equivalent circuit of z parameters we put z11 and z12 i2 in series . In equivalent circuit of y parameters we put y11 and y12v2 in parallel . Why ? Why not both in the same way ? Please explain.

Z parameters are voltage equations and so we can find a loop.(KVL)
Y parameters are current equations, so they are in parallel.(KCL)
