Well done Wilco! Thanks for showing me the route, I might be back up there to bag them later on. If the weather is good i hope to head back up to the Mamores next weekend. Take care mate, peter.
Mamores should have priority Peter! Which ones you're thinking of? Next weekend i'll be with Eddie and/or Mick. With Mick a hike into the Northern Cairngorms [from Glen Feshie]
Binnein Beag and Sgurr Eilde Mor,Then that will leave me two left up there. I dont want to bag them all this time as i want to go back again next year. Where you all heading next week?
(1) Northern Cairngorms from Glen Feshie, (2) the three hills directly east of Loch Treig & later on (3) i will move into Torridon i think [Slioch!]. More ambition than time i'm afraid ...
I was actually going to camp up at Ben Lawers tonight but it is going to heavy piss down later sadly. But i have kept some holidays this year for the purpose of Munro bagging, Cant have a rotten summer like last year!!!
Nice one Wilco pleased you got a fine day for your first Munro's of your holidays. The Cheviot heather bashing will have put you in good stead for these two lol. You'll be well back into it by the time I catch up with you. Take care mate. Mick.
If the weather holds up > This tuesday i hope to be out for a Fersit to Corrour walk Mick [3 munros east of Loch Treig] and thursday for the Grey Corries. Rockhopping instead of heather bashing? On stream & under steam by now :-)
Nice walk. Thanks for sharing.
