Just a correction on the seating. XLT Tremor has vinyl trimmed seats with Miko suede inserts. The Lariat Tremor has Leather trimmed seats with Miko suede inserts.
Love my 2021 xlt sport. I went with 2wd since I don’t really go off-road. Very happy with my purchase. Hopefully it stands the test of time. I plan on keeping it for years and years.
@@lesterparker1594 I’m more of looking for the comparisons to fx4 vs non-fx4. I don’t do off roading either. The ranger is known to have floaty suspension. Some say the non-fx4 is better ride for street. That’s all I was looking for. I couldn’t afford a Lexus anyway
@@patrickmulligan3101 I have the 2wd sport. It’s the 4 door. I have no need for off-road either. Honestly, it just drives like a truck. Not good, not bad. A little bouncy over bumps of the bed is empty. When I have a few hundred pounds in the bed it’s actually real smooth. But the ride isn’t bad enough for me to notice on the road. It’s the best truck I’ve ever owned. The drivetrain is awesome. I was iffy on the turbo engine, but I’m glad I went with it. It’s way more comfortable than the Tacoma I had before. It’s a better truck than the Tacoma.
I have a 2021 ranger velocity blue fx4 with sport and tow package and bed liner with 265/65/17 looks great with all the magnetic grey rims and trim. I just put on tailgate damper and black ranger lettering on. Ordered some sick after Market side steps 3" leveling kit with 1/4 wheel spacers to put 285/70/17 A/T tires on
I bought a 4x4 sport , I bargained for free side steps to install my self and it doesn’t have push start but I can start it with my phone. I think all of them have it. I can wait to brake it in so I can drive it like is meant too lol
I just got an XLT sport exactly like the one in this review (2022 blue with 4x4, locking rear diff, and tow package) and I would take it over the tremor all day every day. It’s a truck. It had literally everything I want and none of the extra that I will never use.
wait my2020 ford ranger XLT fx4 supercrew has the towing and off-road package with full skid plat!!! that's no a full skid plate and it still has a plastic style trans pan and yes not if rocks hit it but when rocks hit it! its GONE but mine also has this and al-terrain tires which mine also has but are just a street tire that can kinda go off-road! oh let get to the back up camera good if it hasn't rained you have to clean the lin's on it dang near ever time and there are no dash tray options so stuck with a dash tray but that is one think i liked about the tremor kinda!! me personally not a fan of leather seats and experiential black leather seats cause if the sun is beating down on the seats oh dang!oh good radio but i feel the sound is lacking!! and no trail control is not unique to the tremor because it is also on the 2020 ranger fx4 with the off-road package and oh did they fix the 3-4 second throttle delay? please don't get me wrong love my 2020 ranger but there are thing i wish they would fix with no cost to customers like the other thing until it worms up you hear the ticking from the injector pump which is now on top of the motor and why didn't the give it a little wider stance?
@@seadoo4life127 that's because it's a truck still built on the old GM's architecture. Next gen won't have a key ignition. Gm is also one of the only manufacturers that doesn't give you radio/vehicle info controls on the lower end truck's steering wheel. I had to go up to a LT Silverado just to get radio controls, fake rancho shocks, black interior 10k jump in price. That others (ford, ram) offer on their lower end truck's.

Please let us know how it looks with the level. I got the 2021 Firetruck Red XLT Sport. I'm debating a 3 inch level vs a 3.5 inch lift.
Does the tremor have a lift kit, or a front end leveling kit?

Ford is too cheap to add a damper to the tailgate!?! At $40K for a mid-size truck I expect them to add this easy $25 strut.
Well my Chevy ZR2 still has a key sooo lol. At least you can buy that strut and get the Lariat version and get a push button start button.

It is something that can be added through Ford Accessories. Although, I believe it should be standard
