Op 35 No 22 in B minor (Segovia Study No 5).
This piece plays itself once you learn it. Of course this gentleman performs very well. Inspirational for the rest of us in tube land.
Tempo is perfect. Beautifully played.

It's actually Opus 35 number 22 by Fernando Sor. I prefer that to Segovia's numbering.

Interpretation is relative but I get your point, my teacher keeps telling that I have to practice to bring out the melody by doing only rest strokes with the m finger, but he also told that if I didn’t want to is fine because the interpretation is a choice
