Seeing the numbers is really encouraging. I am on my paying off consumer debt journey right now so I can purchase a house somewhere in the next 3 years. Congratulations on your success ya’ll are killing it!
This video is encouraging b/c I knocked out over $87k worth of student loans in 2 years and some change. But given these current home prices it looks like a debt free crib is a whole different animal to tackle. Great job!
You guys are amazing!! Love your videos! The little mic sounds much clearer, yes- please do a video of everything that went into closing costs, and lastly please keep doing what you are doing. Your content is so inspiring and informative. ✨ 💫
I love ur views on how to deal with the haters- it shows you have self worth and value YOUR experience vs what others think. I’m 45 and didn’t have that when I was ur age. Congratulations and keep going. You have many people cheering for you.
Hey! Great video as always! I actually decided to stay at my job so we could get the mortgage paid off and you are providing motivation to keep going everyday!! Time flies and I am so excited 😊 October is my magic month and I can’t wait to apply extra to my mortgage I mapped out all of next year already 😎 I love planning it out too 🎉
Definitely subbing! I haven't found another motivation channel in awhile my fave one stopped making content it was so sad lol and your loan is similar to ours!!!🎉 Except we are going much slower..been here for 4 years ( Canada) mortgage started at 248k should be under 200 soon but at this point I stay home we decided to prioritize that ... So we live on one modest income :) so we usually only pay extra with our tax refund and a few other times a year. We also bought during COVID.ans totally relate to other people who literally CANNOT understand how to prioritize spending we make about 2k every 2 weeks and we don't have much spending compared to others.
I'm new to your acct. I love and appreciate your transparency ❤ My question, & maybe you've answered this in previous videos, but how did you and your husband set yourselves up financially to be able to afford to use such a big portion of each paycheck towards the mortgage? Did you guys save a certain number in your emergency funds 1st? What is your method to aggressively pay off debt without having to live paycheck to paycheck to pay down debt but also live your life?? Hope this makes sense. Thanks again for your content!
@@LivewithoutLoans yes we need a summary for year 1 etc etc. I would love to see the extra 20k or whatever you paid on your principal on top of making your regular payments.
About half way thru the video you are saying after you bought the suv you guys are paying around $4,000-$5,000 payments to the loan… how did you even get to that point? Obviously great income jobs. But you paid off all debt first? and then also have good paying jobs? Do you do anything extra ever? Go out to eat? Do you have a savings? Did you do the Dave Ramsey baby steps?
So that money that we were saving each month towards the car was now going to the mortgage instead! Yes we paid off all debt first. Yes we were still living comfortably & eating out . Our expenses our low and our spending was controlled.
Do you guys have the goal of being millionaires? I assume you do, as it would be so easy once you have the house payment knocked out. But if so, what is your timeline for that goal?
A paid for house at 29 years old is so exciting! Congrats to you and your husband.

Mic sounds better😊.
I’m new here! Hey👋
So how much extra on top of the original mortgage are you applying to the principal every year?
Someone else just asked me about this too! I think I will make a video going through the years!
@@LivewithoutLoans yes we need a summary for year 1 etc etc. I would love to see the extra 20k or whatever you paid on your principal on top of making your regular payments.

If it happens, it happens! No strict timeline at all
