Okay, this is WAY off subject but I consider you an expert and greatly value your opinion. I was thinking of buying some equipment to get some extra work in at home or the office. I already have a couple of 25lbs DBs and some bands and it's surprising what you can get done with them. Anyway, a thought occurred to me, "what about a sissy squat stand, that you put your feet in and it allows you to lean way back?" You're talking $200. Are they worth it? Do they build muscle?
For extra work yes absolutely when I was BB I used it at Metroflex
If the price is worth it depends on your budget etc BUT a good effective piece
