Clonetrooper Tom: "Sooooo....we're still the baddies, then?" Clonetrooper Bob: "Yeeeeeup. I thinks we is, Tom. I thinks we is...."
I think because his true identity was revealed when he battled with Palatine. Jar Jar told Palpatine in the last episode: "I think we BOTH know". At that moment the answer was as clear as a Khyber Crystal. Jar Jar is really just a shell for Palpatine's former master, Darth Plagueis!! The old Muun always experimented with "life" and how to manipulate midichlorians. It was speculated he created Anakin. So is this really a leap? Plagueis found the dumbest, silliest, most unloved creature in the known galaxy and with his knowledge, he used him as a vessel for his consciousness. And before you say it's impossible, remember Palpatine did tell Anakin of Plagueis the size and his "unnatural" abilities.
Edit: Plagueis the WISE!! Think about it, he trained Palpatine to become one of, if not the most powerful Sith of all time. Even if he did not have the powers of the old Sith like Marr, Vitiate, Sion, and Thanaton.
If Vader gets a normal suit and maybe even organic limbs, enchanced so that they don't fall apart from the effects of the darkside, it will be. In his normal state we know and love he wasn't even match for Palps, and Binks is even stronger. He has to fix the weakness to force lightning and if he gets organic limbs he can learn the ability himself. Maybe even go to Obi wan and try to sway the Jedi over to his side, perhaps by pretending to be redeemed.

That quote about the Devil is very fitting for this fanfic since given his buffoonery no one would ever think to suspect Jar Jar as the ultimate Sith villain that was more powerful than Palpatine. It's safe to say he is the embodiment of that "die a hero or live long enough to be the villain" phrase. Can't wait to see where this goes in the next part.

No I think the new voice is perfect. Because it gives credence to the fact that everything Binks had done was an act and that his dark voice was his true voice which he no longer has to hide

I think a great ending would be somehow having both Vader and Jar Jar kill each other, leaving a power vacuum behind. Maybe , due to both leaders being dead, both armies fight to the death and the galaxy spirals further and further into civil war.... At least, until a special son comes to bring balance to both the force and the galaxy.
This fan fic is better than what we actually got for plot in the sequels. Awesome job, can't wait for part three. Few people realize what it takes to write something of this magnitude/level.

Really good, but honestly, would be better to keep Binks’ Gungan speak. It helps distinguish him and makes him more unsettling; really being not a Sith Lord, but something older or scarier, a powerful goblin trickster from mythology, like how the fey of old were.
That was the real episode 8. Could you imagine how awesome this would have been as a real movie. My only hope is that this story has more than just a third act. At least as many episodes as the clone wars. Star wars comics fanfic. You're my only hope.
