I would have called CPS for child abandonment. Next I would have left for London and not answer any of their calls and texts. Let them leave their cruise to come home and find out. Good for Tom for leaving Amanda, who was always pawning her kids off on her sister, when her sister told her flat out she couldn't watch them. As for her parents....cut ties...be done.
