Welcome to Tulsa. I loved the nightlife when I lived near Atlanta. Hated driving there. I can get just about anywhere in Tulsa quickly…as long as an empty paint bucket doesn’t fly out of a pickup and cause 169 to become a beep & creep parking lot.
Check out the Oklahoma City airport prices compared to what it is in Tulsa, sometimes it's a couple hundred dollars cheaper. We had a very hot and dry summer this year, 100 is normal around July/August but starts to cool in September. We haven't been getting the snow we used to get. If your considering driving Uber, take advantage of our constitutional carry laws. Unfortunately drugs have taken over and there is a few areas I wouldn't go to late at night.
Hi Zach I applied for the Tulsa Remote last week. Hopefully things work out as I hope for. I will be in Tulsa from Dec 22 thru Jan 4th vacation and business... maybe we can help each other down the road? I am coming to Tulsa with faith, knowing no one and starting over. I am an options trader and loan officer... NY Times too... from Queens NYC. Ron
I have 2 dogs that I acquired from a Tulsa breeder and we even become friends. She always tells me to move to Tulsa, as I'm currently in Cali. I have assets in Texas but I'm curious. Thanks for your insight. Are people friendly and what's the outlook for real estate investment?
Nothing tricky at all! Just who you are, what do you do for a living? Why Tulsa would be a good fit for you? and things about what you're into in your personal life/free time!
Thank you! I have my first interview for Tulsa Remote in a few weeks so this is very helpful. I appreciate you sharing your experience. :-)
Glad it was helpful!
Dude..you defiantly listen to Dave Ramsey!! LoL!!

Thanks! I’m relocating from Southern California to OKC after the new year. This will be enlightening. 👍🏾😉

How much is your rent? Apartment tour?
$990 per month! Right in the middle of downtown
@@Saleslorde Smooth. We might bump shoulders in March

$990 ! That sounds amazing because in ATL It’s definitely in the $2000’s .
Rent is relatively cheap compared to big cities. But life value sucks!

That is awesome!
Well if you are the type of lowlife that buys dogs from dog breeders then Tulsa is the place for you. Tulsans love to make money from ZERO Effort.

Do you have to go to the co working spaces or can you work from the comfort of your home ?
No. You can work from wherever you want but the coworking space is a cool option.
Thanks for putting this content out there, I’m considering Tulsa Remote as well. Can I ask how long the approval process took to get into the program?
For me it was about 1 month!
How was the interview process, what type of questions do they ask ?
