Facts
I'm here passing through. I would never live here
Don't know you but I hear that knowledge
Thank you, golden information • what is the Slack channel ?
I have an interview coming up and just found this
I have 5 kids & im looking to relocate from Wisconsin. This may be a place to explore. Ill make a set decision once I travel to the destination , thanks for the video !
Aye man, came from the tulsa vid. These tech vids are good quality, but r suffering cuz of the youtube algorithm. Most times youtube wont even recommend it even to ur subscribers cuz its so different. My advice is make another channel for tech stuff and use this one for tulsa stuff. The other channel will start off slow but once it gets going the algorithm will work much better for u broski
Decent review of Tula, man. I'm glad you didn't throw it under the bus like some. I spent a summer in Tulsa in 1977. I thought it was a nice, growing city. I live elsewhere now, but I think it's important to not compare Tulsa to tier 1 cities like NY, Chicago, etc. It's only a little over 1 million!
i wanted to ask about the coworking spaces. i would love to purchase my first home moving from pennsylvania. i already have my business planned out.
Informative feedback 😊
Congrats on the pre-approval that is dope! I have hopes to do the same!
🎉😊 I am going a new subscriber from Maryland amazing video.happy holidays 😊
We moved here through Tulsa Remote almost 5 months ago from the Dallas area and what you said about the food scene is spot on. We have wasted so much money trying to find good food here! Smh... And the weather...like you said, you don't even want to go outside in the summer! With the humitiy index it makes it so miserable! We live downtown as well and the homeless issue is becoming a real problem. Good review on your time in Tulsa. Tulsa Remote does do a great job of trying to get you involved in the community! And there are a ton of resources for entrepreneurs! Wish you much success in your journey!
Where are brand new apartments there
Spot on bro 🔥🔥
Thanks 💯
Thank you for speaking directly about the crime.. I'm coming from Kentucky and I think I'm going to be okay lol
Hey, Zack. Thank you very much for your video. I am from Ukraine and participating now in Tulsa relocation program. This is very informative. Socialization is very important and hard in new area.
Big bro do they have public transportation in Tulsa? They have buses & trains?
Yeah, their bus system is really solid from what i've seen.
I just got accepted and this is exactly what I was looking for !! Kudos to you for sharing it before I jumped.. I kinda understand what you were referring, I feel sometimes you dont feel the sense of belonging to community, I had the same thing back when I was in California and the mental health situation is so real, coz you dont have a way to vent and be you !! I will be putting down the offer, even though 1 years is not much of a time, its a huge to make progress in life rather than losing it !!
Keep going bro! 🫡
I needed this.
Lmao i knew your ass was gonna leave. Tulsa sucks its full of crackheads its dangerous and im so glad i got lucky my wife has a dad dying so we can get land. Its awful but tulsa has slowly made me lose my compassion because of how fuckin evil it is out here. This place has been complete cancer. A lot of the blue idiots started coming here and its just gotten more down hill. Our police chief is tryna disarm us too lol Good quick story i was 19 and smoking a cig by qt and some dude just walked up shaking like he had Parkinsons and he was like my girl is getting raped can i please have a cigarette. By this time in my life walked past 3 bodys randomly and all i could do was kinda awkwardly laugh and be like you need it more than me.
Solid review. Agree with all points here. Been here for 2 years and some change.
Thank you for your final review.
No worries!
Thank you🎉
You’re welcome!!
Yes I went to first Friday when I was there. A total vibe
Thank you for sharing your update. I’m moving there next month and I’m looking forward to my experience. Good luck in NC
Thank you for sharing.. I visited with inTulsa earlier this year
I moved out here from Brooklyn 4 years ago, I’m still adjusting to the way things are done here, for now it’s home.
east end village apt? want a little chuckle? Spell Tulsa backwards
Looks fun.
Been looking into this program, I’d love to hear more about your experience! I’m based in Philly and though it’s more affordable than DC/NY/SF, it’s still expensive - I’d love to hear more about the application process/what goes into it
Welcome to the Bermuda triangle . You’ll find yourself back no matter how hard you try to escape.
This is my second summer here in Tulsa, it seems to be much hotter than last year. We moved here from Chicago and plan to move away from Tulsa by Dec. We love Oklahoma, so we're purchasing a home closer to OKC since there's much more to do as a family. Tulsa is okay but the traffic is horrible. Most people are nice, but some are stagnant and fall into that drinking and whatnot. It's a stepping stone for us but can easily become a trap for others. Good luck!
I am in chicago too, plan on leaving in 2026 when my daughter graduates, how do you like okc so far?
Funny about this Tulsa Remote, but they can't pay the living survivors of the Tulsa Race Riot or now it's called The Tulsa Massacre. Tulsa for me, ever so happy to not live there. And yes, I am very aware a lot of cities have their issues. New York City, I'm strong at 31 years, prior L.A. 10 years and even Philly at 2 years. Tulsa 1958 to 1982 with stops in Norman Oklahoma-OU, OKC and Good Riddance.
Godspeed brother.
I just got approved for the program, what is the best place to look for housing?
Depends on your needs. For me it was an apartment downtown
I’m from Tulsa and I’m sorry there was not a single day it was over 100 degree weather for 10-15 days
On my momma there was. Why would I make that up?
I’m in Owasso!!! Tulsa (or any part of Oklahoma) is not a social media spot!🔥🔥🔥 You’ll need a global niche! I’m from Atlanta and moved here a few years ago!
No doubt
As a licensed nail tech, who currently lives in Tulsa and came here as part of TR - please do not open a nail salon if you have no experience 🤣 It is a great idea tho and was the first thing I noticed when I moved here. And I will 100% be opening a spot before I leave this city
Real spill
Are you finding your money goes a lot further in Tulsa? How about an apartment tour?
100%
Just saying hi. Tulsa native here 😅 YEE YEE! Hope you’re doing ok with actual storm that just happened. Highly advise you get a good crank flashlight that can charge your phone
Thank you for sharing. I just applied last night and would becoming from NYC. But I am open to a smaller town. I hope to get selected.
I hope so too!
@@Saleslorde I got in! I am coming in August for the hosted visit.
Hi sir job requirements
Any remote job
They’re probably looking at google and statistics, Also First 48 always has headliners , the massacre but I just see it it as stuff happens everywhere
Are you still in tulsa? just got accepted into tulsa remote and moving there soon!
Yes, for now.
@@Saleslorde ok so, im excited to move there, but last night i decided to take a look at tulsa PD's page just to get an idea of what was going on in the area. And it kinda worried about me about the violence in the area. as a man of color, how has your experience been there? I know that's a loaded question.. but im trying to figure out what im getting into here. Planning to live in downtown tulsa.
What do you and your fellow remoters know about Greenwood and North Tulsa?
I made a video about this
@@Saleslorde yes I saw this. Great job
This program is a joke. I applied twice with all of the qualifications they didn't even give me the opportunity. Next time I'll paint myself white for the interview.
I’m black
I got turned down twice and I'm white.
Thanks Zack 😊
No worries!
Glad to see this video on Tulsa. Ty
Glad you enjoyed it!
Dude..you defiantly listen to Dave Ramsey!! LoL!! 👍👍😁😁
😂
