    I like the exercises and really appreciate modifications. I'm not old but due to health issues I ve to slowly rebuild my fitness. These will supplement my physio quite well as I'm told to slowly engage in more gentle movement.

    Hello Justin , question, I fell down some stairs February of last year and ever since then my knees crunch when going upstairs/ bending them , no one has been able to tell me why , I’m not sure what can help , knee strengthening exercises? Thank you 🙏 love your videos
