Mmmm I miss this food! My grandmother used to make my favorite dish which was Tapado, with coconut milk, ham, yucca, zucchini, plantains, and dumplings made from plantain. Ate it over white rice 😋🤤….her pan de coco was my favorite too! 🇭🇳❤️🙏🏼👍🏼
