It's just nice there are young kids that still know how to make real music without all that auto-tune garbage. And they're super-tight. Real musicians with real voices. Much respect.
Some of their songs are so crazy good. They are going to be huge if they keep going. Some of their songs already at this point should be huge hits as they are very catchy and sound amazing. I also love how diverse they are with all the different genres and styles each one of them brings to the table. I see big things coming from this group!
I really dig how Eloise and Bela's rough edges blend so well with the sweetness of the Dela Garza sisters. Their music has this yin-yang balance that permeates throughout the entire album.
Abril 2022.
A lil more info about that movie: Linda Linda Linda was a love letter to a famous Japanese punk band called THE BLUE HEARTS. All the songs in the movie are from their debut album. It’s a fantastic movie about friendship, music and giving it your all. It was this movie that introduced me to the BLUE HEARTS and been a fan ever since. It’s punk rock but several songs have messages, especially in Today’s world. The girls are covering one of the Blue hearts’s greatest hits now: LINDA LINDA!! (Yes that is the title of the song lol!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND this movie. It’s so funny and heartwarming. If you look hard enough, its on YT. Hope this helps. I wish these kick a$$ girls all the success and hope more people discover the BLUE HEARTS.
These girls rock! They were my kids 1st concert. First time I go to a show for the opening band. And we snuck into the floor area. We had balcony seats originally.
These girls are great!😍 I have to say, though, that it certainly helped them to have "connections".😉 They're very talented, but there are so many talented musicians out there (young and "old") who never make it.😞 Myself, I've always wanted to be a musician, but I never had the confidence or the support to realize my dream beyond a hobby.😥 I fell into the 9-5 life because it's what I was conditioned to do. These girls have parents in the business and never thought they *couldn't* make music. They're very lucky that way. I wish them all the best!!❤️❤️
Mason ..rules!!!! ..he KNOWS; it's these creative kids time 2 shine!!! hurray!!! 4 every single one of these girls! ..dope 2.. that's it's Punk Rock.. too!! 🙌⛩️🕉️☯️⚛️⛩️🙌.
A band this young is really unheard of, so it's really something to see them in action. They have a bright future head of them. But as you can see, in most cases, kids like these only usually get a chance when their parents are well connected / well off and or work in or have jobs in the so called music "industry". It's time to give the working poor kids a chance.
Very good point. The two sisters father have produce music for Paramore but the band itself seems very real and genuine. I was so inspired by their LA Libary show!
Let’s give credit to the kids! People, no matter their age, define themselves. Adults are guides. It is the kid, or every individual, that ultimately decides who they want to be. Thank goodness they have caretakers that liberate instead of impede or oppresses them. They are a part of progress not regress!
with a lotta punk rock i like the feeling and the look but the music is too harsh for me. the snatches of music i heard here kinda like that. a coupla punk bands (from L.A. and featuring females) where i do like the sound are X (one of the singers is Exene Cervenka) and Screamin' Sirens (all female band now broken up)
I didn't care for punkrock in the 70's and 80's, and it still sounds like noise instead of music... people who listen to this noise must have very bad taste in music in my opinion... punkrock has no story, no soul, and no rhythm or harmony....
Thanks for the little lecture on the bounds of your taste. Being limited is ok. But learning to see beyond your own limitations can be much more rewarding. It’s never too late to level yourself up.
You really couldn't be more wrong, however, you're entitled to your own opinion. There are many types of punk rock and I don't care for all of it myself, but one thing I would never say about punk is that it "has no story, no soul, no rhythm or harmony." That is a statement only someone who has not listened to much punk would say. Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies plays punk covers of all types of music, from polka to classic rock, and I think you'd be surprised at how good they sound. One night I was talking to Chad Price, lead singer of the band ALL (Descendents) outside of the venue they were playing at when some guy pointed to Chad's t-shirt and laughed, thinking perhaps it was a joke bc it had a country western band logo. Chad looked at him with a confused look and said, "my other band plays country music." [I believe he was referring to Drag The River]. Point is you should try to keep an open mind and expand your musical horizons! There is a ton of great music just waiting to be discovered.
It's not because you can't see or hear something that it's not there. Especially when others, many others, do. You may just have a deficiency. That's ok, you can probably live with it.
It's just nice there are young kids that still know how to make real music without all that auto-tune garbage. And they're super-tight. Real musicians with real voices. Much respect.
They're break-down-the-wall cute. They give me so much joy and energy, I love them.
Im 34 and I heard them first on spotify. Looked them up! and was like WHOA!! something unique and fresh we need more faces in rock music!!

I totally agree.
I loved them singing “Rebel girl” on “Moxie”

Parents are using these meat vessels as puppets to re-live their youth. GAAAAG

Controlled opposition.
Untalented criticism.
@@timchapel77 The majority of critics have zero talent. I've been told by a good amount of people that I have a bit more than zero talent so nice try.
@@ramenlover1727 I could literally prove it.
love the linda lindas :')
Fake band alert!
The Drummer is dating Leo Dicaprio.
No doubt she thinks he's handsome
.nice
This is a joke, right?
Don’t like an all girl punk band? They put on a good show, no need to hate
The joke here would be David Schneider.
It is. And we’re all laughing…at you. 😭
Nope. Rich well connected parent bought their brats a record contract but people are seeing right through it & the album is DOA.
