I have just finished reading the book "peace by chocolate " I strongly recommend everyone read this ..it is what our soul needs right now.A book about love, community involvement, acceptance and what can be accomplished with all of this. Kind hearts build great countries and great nations, refugees are welcomed always, we are all humans, all vulnerable, and all need help at a certain point.
All the love to your family, may God be with people in refugees camps.

A great story, I’m glad our Country could bring some families from Syria. Opportunity is here, work hard and you will be successful and can give back. However I do see some newcomers complaining at every chance and wanting more without working for it.

For more than 6 years, I have been living in Turkey after my exodus from Syria, and I am working hard to apply for asylum to Canada. Can I find someone among you by giving me this opportunity?

    A question for Tariq Hadhad.
Several years ago I sent you an email. You acknowledged that you had information that your chocolate factory in Damascus was going to be bombed. You gathered up your family to flee. Several of your employees were killed in the bombing and I asked you why they were still in the factory? You said it was their choice to stay!!! Where is that part of the story now?

This so great. But honestly life in Syria was miserable for poor people and the religious conflict was unbearable which caused the war. The truth is, thanks to Canada and the Canadians who welcomed and enabled this success

If this chocolate makes warmongers peaceful, I'd like to send a truckload of them to the White House, and force-feed every single psycho that is the Senate and Congress.
