OMG!! Thank you !! thank you !! Thank you!!. "I am" where "you are" right now at this very moment. I let fear cripple me and I am living to regret it. I am much older than you and I understand about putting on a happy face, being a support system for everyone, while neglecting myself and battling demons quietly on the inside . It has taken a harsh mental toll on me. I am burned out. "Who saves Superman??".... is what I often ask myself. I am in therapy and it's helping me immensely!! I have realized that I need peace and contentment in my life, and to quote what you said, "Enjoy the little things in life". I love the everyday affirmations sis. My goals for 2023 is to enjoy nature, and to continue to write poetry. I will ask myself everyday, "What gift can I give myself today that I will enjoy??". I commend you on your courage sis. Whenever I feel fear, I think back to things I feared and how I overcame them. I was fearful of learning how to drive and once I did it, the fear was gone. I was fearful of flying, but once I did it, the fear subsided and everything was okay. You've inspired me in a big way just by listening to your personal journey. You got this QUEEN In 2023! Thank you🙏🏾😊
Thank you so much for sharing your journey Queen. I am 100% with you with needing peace and contentment. Peace is my top priority right now and with peace comes the happiness. I love the idea of asking yourself what gift can you give yourself today. I’m still trying to figure out who saves Superman myself. Hopefully one day we will find out. Hey lady! Happy New Year!! You are spot on with your word of the year. I am facing a lot of new changes for my growth and happiness as well. Dealing with my fear of the unknown is hard but may the genuine support we need to step forward come into our lives so we can flourish. I love your ability to be transparent but not naked. Everything is not for all ears periodt! Lol I believe once the desire to do better arrives, the support needed to succeed comes forth, whether it's strength or courage from within or individuals who see our potential and offer their time and expertise with no strings attached. With Gods help we will succeed!

I have been loving your channel pivot! I also love this goals chit chat video as well 😊 My word for the year is grace. Im learning to not be so hard on myself and give myself the grace I need to accomplish what I want even if it doesn’t all happen exactly when I think it should
Firstly, thanks so much for the continued to support. Grace is the perfect choice for a word of the year. It was actually my word for 2021 after struggling through 2020. I had to tell myself that it’s okay to float when I can’t swim, and to try not to be so hard on myself. We are always our worst critics and definitely need to give ourselves the same grace that we extend to others 🤗

Happy New Year! I’ve been a subscriber & blog reader for years. Excited for the changes you’ll be implementing. My word for 2023 is presence. I plan to be way more present this year than I was last year. I’m not happy either so my goal is to find my happiness. I have my planner all ready to go, but I’ll check out some of those Cloth & Paper items. I pray this year is good to us all.

Girl, you know you got your crew here, the real ones ain't going no where. I am excited for you on this journey and I'm sending you all the positive thoughts, vibes and uplifting affirmations to keep you grounded yet elevated as the same time, okay?! I'm turning 38 on Sunday and it feels like that desire, or better yet urge, to do that deep mental and inner work came on in these late 30's like, you finna learn and grow, whether you ready or not. I know exactly how you're feeling right now. I started feeling unsettled in my late 30s and it took turning 40 for me to be like nah sis, you can do better- and you will. So here I am! 🤗❤️
