I lovelovelove shorter, more frequent content! I generally click away from anything super long (more than about 20 minutes), even if it intrigues me, because I just don't have the time or patience for it, especially on a regular basis. Once in a while, for a special topic, okay. Every week? Nope. But regardless of length, the most important part is the value of that content, and I always get great value from your videos/podcasts, no matter how long or short they are, and I appreciate that SO much!
New subscriber! I loved this episode because 1. the content was clear and actionable 2. The title was descriptive, not clickbate 3. Your presentation was clear and relatable. It seemed that you know what you are talking about, but are "one of us". I'm hopping over to your channel home to see what I've missed!
I really love this. As a visual artist, it feels especially pertinent, yet genuinely not something I've heard of before. Society/productivity culture seems to focus so much more on plans, but I've always felt that I get the most done when I focus on strategy e.g. show up in the studio a certain number of hours vs. make a set number of artworks.
Good changes for the podcast. I also like weekly, even if it's shorter, over longer but less frequent. Gives me something to look forward to more regularly. And this concept of strategy over plans intrigues me. I've been wanting to shift in some areas of my life and this gives me a new concept to work with. Thank you!
I decide on the goals to focus on (my plans for the year) then I create strategies to make them happen. I review weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-year and tweak whatever strategy is not working/could be improved.
I love showing up to your podcasts and videos because of how well-researched, and thought provoking your content is! Thank you for all of your efforts.
Yayyy on the strategic choices, love shorter episodes and your solo episodes are my favourite anyway! You always provide a lot of value, thanks for doing what you do💜
I love this! The comparison to experiments was really helpful to me as a researcher. It sounds like the Strategy is the theory (based on past observations, the past evidence of what works and what doesn't, etc.) all your strategic choices as testing a hypothesis based on that theory. So, just like how you test a hypothesis based on your theory, you test your strategic choices based on your strategy.
Me too!! But there totally will be mini moves that I'll share, there just won't be a whole segment for them, if that makes sense! So hopefully you won't feel as if you miss out too much

Love your latest Improve Your Week ❤video
Love to know more about your to-do lists in detail! Watching from very close by 🇦🇺
Loved this content. This breaks down the issue better than most way I have heard the message of strategy. I think I can apply this today!
I love this short podcast so much!!!❤

Once again, you nailed the topic
Plans never worked for me. Strategy thinking seems very natural and it doesn't look risky at all for me! I'll apply it 😁
Muchelle great content ❤

Did I miss the mini move -> action plan part? 〽️😮❤ Was it in the beginning i. e.choose an area in your life you're not happy about etc?
