How to Make a Buttercream Gingham Cake

I love a preppy design- and gingham speaks to my heart! I LOVE gingham, and it was only a matter of time before I made a cake version. In this tutorial, I’m actually practicing the design for my baby’s first birthday cake by using a square cookie cutter and a few shades of frosting. In this tutorial, I’ll show you how I create this fun springtime pattern using all buttercream topped with some adorable daisies.
