Man. Imagine Waterfall done with either the Chrono Trigger soundfont or Cave Story+ soundfont. I actually like the Wii version of Balcony best, though the rest of the tracks are kinda so-so. But like. For Chrono Trigger, using Secret of the Forest as a basis would likely suit it best. For FFVI, you could probably use the Esper theme. I forget the name offhand.

For where we are going it is full of monsters. We must travel through a forest to get to Snowdin. There we will find a friend of mine who may help us. Who might you ask, oh you will find him quite entertaining.
Totally, I had all the characters figured out(except sans). Frisk as a red Mage resembling his soul plus he has multiple ways to fight, Toriel as a white Mage, papyrus as a thief and every time he successfully steals he says "nyeh he he" lol, sans as I'm not sure, undyne as a dragoon obviously, and alphys as the mechanic like cid. Can't really have Asgore as anything since he's endgame. Or if it takes a turn at the middle of the game for instance flowey turning into asriel then he joins as a palidin. But the game we have now is still awesome. :)
This would be a nice twist, however, since Frisk is the one who has the power to reset, she/he can come back to life, as for your other party members, they can’t sadly, so if they die... it’s a wrap. But this is where the new mechanic called “temptation” comes in, the more members in your party die, the higher the temptation level is, so if your temptation level is high and you kill an enemy, it’ll be so much easier for you to level up (level of violence). It’s cause you’ve been so tempted to get revenge on enemies that killed your party members/friends that if you attack your power is increased and it’s easier for you to level up. But it’s not easy to have your party members killed in boss battles since you’re the main target, unless they do “ACT” then “DEFEND FRISK”
Who ever did the Toriel sprite did an excellent job in capturing her sorrow as she's trying to stop Frisk but runs into the issue of slimming her down. This is a good arrangement regardless.
