In your instruction manual must be a little chapter where it says you've got a 30 year warranty on the body and paint of the car. When it just came out (the w210) They said it was just 5 years, but because of image damage prevention Merc has raised this up to 30 years. In my country they do prefer you go to your dealer where you bought your car, and then they are much friendlier to help you.

Happen to own 55/s210 clone, built from ‘99 430 avantgarde. An immensely satisfying Benz compared to crap they sell these days. It doesn’t have nowadays bells n whistles and I don’t miss em. Roomy, quiet inside with proper materials, has enough in dynamics department (5.5s 0-100 according to my trusty Racelogic... not bad for a twenty years old car) and even decent stock stereo. Maybe I still need M113K instead of n/a for just a lil bit more fun, dunno.
i sold mine becouse of corosion! im a benz lover but w210 was terrible, in Poland where i live we have strong winters and salt on roads, the w210 has failed , i had few w124 and there were less problems! now i have w211 hope it will be better than w210.. i have my old w210 in my chanell feel free to have a look at it :)
@@durim8888 the paint that they used got a bacteria on it during the week when it sat in the reservoir and thats why it had so weak performance against rust

Note the vertical gas tank behind the backseat which means you can't fold down the seats or do a pass through. Also note, parts+service are super expensive in the US, and reliability is not great. On the plus side there is a giant cave under the trunk for a full size spare and lot's of other stuff.
I remember buying my 2002 E55 AMG w210 new from the dealership. Still to this day it was one of my favorite Mercedes.
