Great video! Just what I needed! But I cannot seem to keep the tuck position on the last exercise my back is very flat at the back and just crashes down and the same for the little raises I seem to be going slightly over is this a problem at the start ?
Love the workouts! For us who don't have a core of epic strength yet, wondering about a video sequence to help your followers safely arrive here! I struggle with inversions while laying on my back. I have a bad back and the straddle ups (middle) and knee ups (end) have given me horrible back pain before and I had to quit working out for a while to recover. Now I just skip those, but would love alternatives that work similar muscle groups! Thank you again for your videos - its always up to the individual to know our own limits-that's never on you but would love some spine friendly alternatives :) .
Hi Joanna. I just re-read your comment, and if you are having back pain, it's super important you work in person with someone. I recommend a qualified pilates teacher or aerial coach. Come work with me! In the meantime, I made this video that you can try. Again, if you back feels pain, don't do the exercises that give it pain. Try just the stability exercises that don't require rounding your spine. ua-cam.com/video/iyD2bzB5okw/v-deo.html

Wendy Bagley keep practicing and add my ‘sexy stretching’ video to help w spine mobility. Also my other 2 core videos are a good supplement. Enjoy!
