So it probably just that significantly skilled zoan users can change individual parts of their body.

Stronger favorite color is Black, if Doc Q was from the North Blue, he could have been from the same town as Law, Flevance. Doc Q could have been one of the children from the church group that was going to leave but end up dying and he was also studying chemistry. He somehow survived and managed to flee Flevance just like Law did, as he was traveling around with the amber lead disease, he obtained the Shikkan-Shikkan no Mi, which let him absorb different diseases into his body. His body is acting as a host for the diseases, the diseases doesn’t kill him, it only make him weaker, but he can use those diseases as weapons. Doc Q could use his chemistry knowledges to make the diseases even deadlier, or since he’s weak and fragile. He could use chemicals to make an alter personality that’s stronger, like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I think the reason why his bounty were so high before he joined BB because he was using people as his test subject for his chemicals and diseases experiment. BB told him that if you join my crew, I can protect you. He would be a perfect opponent for Chopper, since Chopper’s father, Dr. Hiluluk told him that there’s nothing in this world that can’t be cures. A very popular (and plausible IMO) theory about Laffite is that he has the harpy harpy mythical Zoan fruit. Giving that in Greek mythology harpies are malicious creatures with the bodies of women and wings/ talons of birds of prey. It would then make sense that Laffite would retain his human face while in his hybrid form.

When issuing wanted posters for a Yonkou's crew, they obviously make ones for the Yonkou themselves, as well as their commanders and other primary members/fighters. That makes sense, because if you're going to attack one of the Yonkou's crew and become their enemy, you might as well take out an important member. That way you'll be decreasing their fighting power (at least a little). But if it's just some random no-name who isn't a vital member of the crew, then you'll just be inviting the Yonkou's fury without even whittling down their fighting power. It's likely the Marines are saying "if you can't take out the Yonkou him/herself or their top members, then don't even bother" and their making these "0 bounty" posters so people (Marines, Bounty Hunters, Police, etc.) know who not to bother going after.

Alright this particular Blackbeard theory is going to be pretty crazy but considering the information that Oda has decided to give us and the info that hes decided to obstruct. Is it possible that Blackbeard a is the recipient of the effects of the Ope ope no mi's ageless surgery abilitie and we're being lied to about Blackbeard's real age?
Reasons:
1. The 1st thing is the fact that he knew the appearance and ability's of the Yami Yami no mi while the fruit in itself seemed to be wholly absent from the devil fruit encyclopedia
2. The 2nd thing is that oda has confirmed that Blackbeard's body is inherently weird/different in this new vivre a card collection.
3. The 3rd is that we do not understand the full range of benefits that the ageless surgery provides. One of the effects of the surgery might be the capacity to consume more than one devil fruit with out exploding.
4. The 4th idea actually comes from either a theory from Joy Boy or Tekking about the effects of the ageless surgery. The theory went that instead of just simply giving the recipient immortality , it actually gives the life of the Ope ope no mi's current user to the recipient of the surgery.
This idea wouldn't come out of nowhere either since when Luffy and Zoro first meet Blackbeard they comment on how his aura/presence is completely bizarre. "Like he's more than one person".

Stronger favorite color is Black, if Doc Q was from the North Blue, he could have been from the same town as Law, Flevance. Doc Q could have been one of the children from the church group that was going to leave but end up dying and he was also studying chemistry. He somehow survived and managed to flee Flevance just like Law did, as he was traveling around with the amber lead disease, he obtained the Shikkan-Shikkan no Mi, which let him absorb different diseases into his body. His body is acting as a host for the diseases, the diseases doesn’t kill him, it only make him weaker, but he can use those diseases as weapons. Doc Q could use his chemistry knowledges to make the diseases even deadlier, or since he’s weak and fragile. He could use chemicals to make an alter personality that’s stronger, like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I think the reason why his bounty were so high before he joined BB because he was using people as his test subject for his chemicals and diseases experiment. BB told him that if you join my crew, I can protect you. He would be a perfect opponent for Chopper, since Chopper’s father, Dr. Hiluluk told him that there’s nothing in this world that can’t be cures. During Chopper and Doc Q fight, we’ll see how much knowledges Chopper have gain after the TS.

It doesn't make sense, if BB really had a bounty of 0, then it shows how useless bounties are in One Piece after all, since after a certain amount no more bounty hunters will go after them.. But the same goes for UNDER a certain amount. Even Buggy said "Don't mess with the WhiteBeard pirates", the world wouldn't dare touch one of his man, so why take such a HUGE risk when you ain't gonna get anything in return? These informations have value to the WG, so why wouldn't they be worth something?
In my opinion there should be a base bounty depending on the crew you're in. Some random Captain with 100,000+; All no name members have 1,000+ and so on. (Always around 1% of the Captain's bounty.)

A very popular (and plausible IMO) theory about Laffite is that he has the harpy harpy mythical Zoan fruit. Giving that in Greek mythology harpies are malicious creatures with the bodies of women and wings/ talons of birds of prey. It would then make sense that Laffite would retain his human face while in his hybrid form.

Remember when Buggy told his crew "never mess with the Whitebeard Pirates"? Maybe the Marines had a similar idea. When issuing wanted posters for a Yonkou's crew, they obviously make ones for the Yonkou themselves, as well as their commanders and other primary members/fighters.
That makes sense, because if you're going to attack one of the Yonkou's crew and become their enemy, you might as well take out an important member. That way you'll be decreasing their fighting power (at least a little). But if it's just some random no-name who isn't a vital member of the crew, then you'll just be inviting the Yonkou's fury without even whittling down their fighting power.
It's likely the Marines are saying "if you can't take out the Yonkou him/herself or their top members, then don't even bother" and their making these "0 bounty" posters so people (Marines, Bounty Hunters, Police, etc.) know who not to bother going after.
