    Launch Sessions are our most accessible mobility and strength training sessions.
    Launch Sessions are designed to be used when athletes are early in a training phase, in a fatigued state, or lacking motivation to gym.
    Launch Sessions are also able to assist in the recovery process to ensure optimal movement as the body heals from intense training.
    In this episode we talk about the Guy Sha tool, go more in-depth with proactive foam rolling, work all 3 half kneeling hip openers, lunge series with hand drivers, side laying leg raises for glutei medius activation, introduce lateral gliding and bent over rows.
