With the first judge, what I don't think people understand is that he was totally at fault. The public defender was trying to do what was best for the defendant by getting him a trial so that he could defend himself but the judge basically told him to waive that right and when he didn't he got angry and violent.

When I was 17 I was investigated by my police department for disorderly conduct, 8 months later I received a letter saying I had to appear in court for the charge, I had just turned 18 the month I got the letter. When I appeared in court, the judge asked me how old I was when the altercation happened, I said "I was 17 sir" he then said "you're 18 now"? I said "yes, the incident happened 8 months ago" the judge found me innocent because he didn't want an issue that happened 8 months ago when I was a minor to affect my record as an adult. and he said that it shouldn't have taken the police 8 months to investigate a disorderly conduct charge. W judge

Also the judge may have been well loved and he lost his job because of that fight. He may not have been able to take the pressure of getting a loved judge fired because people will talk and lawyer have a lot of drama. Tell me this, if you lost a fight at a job that took you year and a lot of money to get, because law school is hard to get into and expensive, would you just quit because an old man hit you in the mouth? I sure wouldn't the fact that he quit is evidence that he won.

The judge @23:29 was actually doing Ms. Licette a favor bc the officer that pulled her over didn't do the proper procedure of using a breathalyzer or anything which ='s no sufficient recorded evidence/proof even if/though she was under the influence & the judge also noticed that that same officer was the 1 that suspended her license in the 1st place but messed up the paperwork in the process.... So, the judge did a good job, notice him saying that there's something "fishy" with the case. Kudos!🙏🏾

@@Tw0Dots bruh the problem was that the court system of the area had released an order that judges were not supposed to carry out hearings. So if she’s punishing people for not coming, despite the defendants following the order given out by the overhead court, its not ok and completely unfair and illegal.

That first one was bit a bit unorthodox but typically the most anyone can do is hope they resign in shame after a crime like DWI or slandering Defendants and victims. Just because a lazy judge is upset that his baseball team he bet on lossed, doesn’t mean he needs to apprehend the ability of the public defender to do his job.
