The chat was saying the first judge was an L, but like, imagine if a husband accused of domestic abuse was allowed to return to the residence, even if that’s the only residence he owns. It’s only now, it’s a younger woman beating on an elderly man.
True but at the same time the fact that the dude can just increase her sentence like that is kinda crazy to me. Kicking her out of her own residence is fine I think but hearing him adding months like that is really off putting.

I dont think that was what he was saying I think he was wondering if it really warranted the consequences that were handed out. I don't think he was right for asking questions either because he was just trying to be disruptive. Nobody has to be injured for there to ve a crime. He was driving without a license and so he got reprimanded, nobody has to be hurt by that and like the judge said it was a crime against the city. I'm sure the guy knew that.

I will say I understand the girl being forced out her own home. It is not fair to the old man to have to be on the same property as her and he has a right to get a restraining order. As for the hotel, there are places called homeless shelters or what they call a friend's house. Nobody should have to pay for this lady to have a roof over her head, but her. Plus that house obviously wasn't in her name if she got put out of it. She probably just stayed there. Either way, restraining orders work like that. There is nothing the judge can do if that man filed a restraining order.
