Just saw your video. The reason why it hasn't worked is because the temperature is too low and conditions are wet. It is advised to apply the product in dry conditions. Water-based products don't cure in cold and wet conditions. You could wait for drier and warmer conditions and you could find that it would work.
Unfortunately it was more urgent than that, the van would have been ruined by now. It’s been windscreen out, repair work, refit and sealed and is now dry. Tolleys didn’t even touch it.
It’s a fair point. Much like painting or with silicone, the prep is paramount. Use in wet areas or high humidity and it won’t work. The last test had a tiny drop which could literally be down to it not fully sealing one hairline or the conditions, rather than saying the product doesn’t work because it had to be rushed.
You have some early signs of rust round the screen. Whilst it is out that would be your only opportunity to fix that. Easiest option is to scrap it back and brush some 'kurust' over it before the screen goes back in.
As far as i know you have to put it, let it go into the cracks and repeat the process after 30 minutes. You have to keep doing this until the product doesn't get absorbed anymore and just stays there. After this you have to wait 24h for it to cure.
The rain gutter just pours down that front window. Hope this works!

Maybe you could add something to the video explaining that you used it under conditions when it’s guaranteed not to work. That would be fair.
@@brucerobbins4154 spent more time hosing it down than actually repeatedly pouring and sealing and trying to fix the leak

Yes indeed, it needs quite a bit of bodywork so the garage will have to see to that when it goes in next week!
I’ve used the same stuff for a windscreen leak, it’s good 👍😀 but it needed a few applications……
