We offer services and opportunities for jobs, but above everything, we offer sanctuary where people can take the mask off.” In preparation for this year's Lo Máximo Awards, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin visited our Bakery to learn the ropes from two of our trainees, Richard and Oscar. Watch as they bake bread together, talk about radical kinship, and even do the Jane Fonda Workout.

Located in downtown Los Angeles, Homeboy Industries provides hope and job training for formerly gang involved and previously incarcerated men and women so they can redirect their lives and become contributing members of society. By utilizing a combination of donations and social enterprises, Homeboy Industries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose innovative model of therapeutic wraparound services has helped the organization become one of the most successful reentry programs in the United States.
Good for Jane and Lilly for bringing this wonderful organization to peoples attention. I cried when Jose told his story about his brother. Peoples stories can be so powerful!
And honestly this is some of the most important work. Helping to rid the world of toxic masculinity. Very inspiring

Thank God for Fr Gregory Boyle he is giving gang members a life of transformation. Positive people mean a better future. Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda mire celebrities should be a part of this Kudos to both of you.

The products are really good. I began buying the yummy chips years ago. There is a lot of good works done by this company. It is such a win-win situation that should be duplicated.
