    Excellent Video thanks for that , I am going t do this for Xmas desert I think with edible stars etc on top , maybe Chocolate manderine inside. Loved how you made the tutoria so simple

    My meringue is not crunchy on the top like yours, can u advise?

      Try baking at a slightly higher temp or place it higher in your oven but check it a few minutes earlier. Thank you!

      Hi 180c which is gas mark 6 or 350f.

    Looks to sweet!!!!!!!!!!! Some sour fruits would help but Meringue and chocolate sounds sickeningly to sweet blah
    I just did mine with cream and sour cherries, pineapple and peaches all cut in to small cubes and top of Meringue Roulade was decorated witch almond chips and sour cherries. People loved it and they did agree that it was no sickening sweet and tasty.
    I just can not imagine to put sugar on chocolate.
