Awesome video. Felt very objective and really helped to demystify the drive phase and transition. I was always under the impression that once you hit upright running, you stop focusing on acceleration, but you cleared everything up! Thanks!
@@johnnwako2488 I don’t think you understood what I meant (Or maybe I didn’t get my point across clearly). Dawn Sowell was an awesome sprinter no doubt, however she DID NOT have a drive phase in her 10.78 run. The topic was does sprinters NEED a drive phase, and Dawn Sowell and others that ran fast times were very successful and did NOT have a drive phase. I’m not saying you shouldn’t have a drive phase but the question presented was is a drive phase NEDDED?
What? This channel has been around for years before the AI craze. I don't think he speaks English so he's uses something to communicate to us English speakers but that's it. I've been watching this channel for 3 years now. Great stuff and even predicted last year's World Championship Women's 100m winner based purely on observation and analysis.

It's Don Quarrie in training
@@LeeMack09 Thanks. You know I actually thought it was someone that looked like him and not Don himself 🤦😅
